Rolling applications. No rigid job postings.
Pingker uses a pool-based hiring model instead of fixed application roles. We look at your strengths, experience, interests, and potential, then place people where they can contribute best as new needs appear.
We care more about what you can do.
Instead of forcing applicants into narrow, specific positions, we focus on the skills, ideas, and experiences each person brings. Your role can evolve naturally based on where you work best.
Opportunities open year-round.
Because hiring happens on a rolling basis, there is no single recruitment season. We continuously review applications and bring people in as projects and teams grow.
Work with people who genuinely care.
Pingker is built around teamwork, communication, and support. We value collaboration over competition and create an environment where students can build meaningful things together.
Less about titles, more about fit.
Our selection process can feel both more and less competitive at the same time. There are no predefined slots to fight over, but we carefully evaluate how each applicant’s strengths fit into the ecosystem as a whole.
Consistency helps projects move forward.
Team members are expected to contribute at least 3 hours each week and log their time through our internal tracking system. Some roles may require additional involvement depending on responsibilities and project needs.
We look for more than just experience in the selection process.
We care about potential, reliability, and the ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
1. Submit the Online Application
Start by completing our application questionnaire. This includes information about your skills, past experiences, interests, strengths, availability, and anything else you want us to know about you.
2. Stay Active on Email
After submitting your application, applicants are expected to check their email routinely for updates, next steps, and communication from the Pingker Talent Acquisition team.
3. Online Assessment
A Pingker Talent Acquisition specialist will reach out to continue the process and schedule an online assessment. We use assessments instead of traditional interviews because we understand interviews are not always the best environment for everyone to show their abilities.
4. Optional Conversation
If you would prefer to speak with someone directly, we are always happy to schedule a casual call to chat, answer questions, and help you learn more about the team and culture.
5. Placement Review
Once everything is completed, we review current organizational needs and look for the best possible place for you within Pingker based on your strengths, skills, and potential contributions.
Getting started at Pingker is designed to feel straightforward, flexible, and focused on helping us understand where you would thrive best within the organization.
Through this process, we hope that we’ll find the perfect fit for you.
